Coping with STRESS

The consultations with Joan allowed me time to focus on issues that were troubling me which was important for me as “me” time is limited. Joan dedicated a lot of time and effort in mapping out and explaining triggers and mechanisms for each of my symptoms, but more importantly showed how each symptom impacted the others (at first glance seemingly quite independent from each other). The holistic approach, with Joan’s emphasis on mental well-being (i.e. recommendations for yoga / meditation, etc.) was very beneficial for me, and a recommendation that has been very effective in helping me to cope with my stress levels.
